Key non-help, work goodness, and a crazy bike

Well, that wasn't terribly informative. I emailed Key yesterday about loan consolidation, after looking up all the relevant info, and the response today was, "Call and talk to an advisor!" One would think that emailing them at the Educational Resources contact address on the loan consolidation page would've been helpful, but no.

Visited the US Patent Office in Arlington today to uncrate some stuff. Then went to the office. Had lunch. Did a bit of paperwork. Headed home. Crazy! (Rob, on the other hand, had a day/week that just got busier and busier. The helpdesk, responsible for handling and handing out service requests, had his phone ringing off the hook, to the point that even they commented how high the numbers were. He then gets to handle, or delegate, all of those calls. It was such a quiet week, too!)

..I didn't know R.E.M. had a new album out! The radio's only been mentioning U2's newest.

Addendum: Upon further inspection of Key Bank's consolidation plans, I find that their consolidation rates would be equal to or higher than--mostly the latter--my current rates, even with their best plans. Hell with that. :P
