Movin' on..

Got up at a decent hour, poked about online, and decided (around 11) to head out with furniture. Got Tom's truck, called up Matt--generally considered to be more of a moving help than Shauna, who was also still in bed--and, as the rain started sprinkling down, loaded up the dresser and bookcases (though not the drawers or shelves yet) and headed southeast. Stopped twice to tie the tarp down more securely, to prevent a) furniture getting too wet, and b) a tarp flying off into a lawsuit. ;P Got to Pohick Rd. before realizing I'd left the keys behind, and then forgot to turn on Pohick; fortunately, I knew a way around both of these hindrances. ;)

So, that leaves.. clothes, computer, and bedframe as the large-ish things to be moved so I can move myself; additional things to be moved a bit later are my animals, everything else from my room that I want to keep, and all the stuff I have in storage. Also, I still need to replace the ignition electrics and get my truck reinspected, which is still a free retest this week.
