Working 7-3 makes for a nice long afternoon.

Got most of opening procedures down without assistance now, which is good because Ross was late coming in. :) Helped a lot of people, including some ridiculously picky about exactly which fish they wanted out of ao given species, and they wanted a lot of species too. Had a very tasty lunch of last night's leftovers; didn't have any of the cakes purchased on the first Friday of each month nominally for the people with birthdays that month. Sold a couple guinea pigs, retrieved the bodies of a couple hamsters and a gerbil that had been killed by their cagemates (after their deaths had been pointed out by a couple boys who were looking on with a morbid fascination), got my work schedule for next week, headed toward home. U-turned after crossing 234 to go back and get crickets for my spider, and to see if I had a paycheck yet (nope). Went home. Got bird out. Hung out online as usual. Dinner soon!
