Now that was a good time.. :)

Around 2:15, after a brief IM session, I headed over to 120 to hang out with my friend Brian Kennedy, who was still up packing for his imminent move and chilling.. had some Sam Adams Cherry Wheat and some Djarum Splash, and chatted for a couple hours--mostly geeky stuff. Livejournal, DHTML/XML/W3C, GPS, PDA phones, phone PDAs, my mini digital camera. Also some less geeky stuff--jobs, moving, women, etc. A nice, relaxing, middle-of-the-night jaunt. :)

I just want to be rid of the thing!

2nd day in a row that I've tried to submit my MEng report, only to find that the woman to whom I need to submit the report isn't in.
Yesterday, there was a note saying "back Friday". Today, there was no note but no person, at a time when her office should have been open--as far as I'm aware of her hours, anyway.
This is getting more than a little frustrating.

More gorge swimming :)

Once again, it was a hot and humid day in Ithaca, so around 3, Rochelle, Rick, and I went down to the gorge, played in the water and the waterfalls; as they were getting ready to leave I ran into Nick G and Tom Campbell, so I stayed to chat with them. Then Tom left, so Nick and I went back to the waterfalls, and up above the waterfalls, then down for some more swimming, and we returned around 6 when we got hungry. :)
