1) So Monro Muffler/Brake & Service checked out my truck (for free!) and said that though they couldn't rule out a problem with the head gasket (which would suck and be expensive) because they don't have the equipment, they said there are flow problems in the radiator, and they could replace it for me. For about $350 ($200 radiator, $56 labor for that, $36 coolant flush/fill, $34 labor for that, $10 discount, $10 fee).
I can buy myself a new one for $110-$130 (I called around) and install it myself.. and flush/fill the system. I think I'll go that route.
Update: I found the one place in town that seems to be able to do actual radiator cleaning, for $30-40 if a night in the tank takes care of it or $70 max if he has to disassemble it and rod it. Sounds like an even better plan. Have to take him just the radiator, though, which makes it kinda interesting.
2) The lasagne was quite good. :)
More) I found Big Lots! And discovered there's a Petco in that center! And, I got a filing box and folders to finish filing all those treasurer records.
