Sooo tired. And fairly bored. Lunch, however, is good. So are links. :)

I think my body's telling me, "Dammit, take some time to recuperate! Get more rest!" because man, am I tired today, and was last night as well..

Today I'm wearing the sling on my left arm, to ease the irritation of the swollen elbow, which of course spawns even more questions at work. At least it passes the time--it's been reeeally slow. (I did get to see a satellite camera/phone relay setup to demonstrate some equipment, bouncing off a satellite to communicate between two machines a foot apart. :D)

Also, my pill cocktail for the lunch hour is: Hydrocodone (generic Vicodin), Cephalexin (generic Keflex), One-A-Day Men's Health multivitamin, and Calcium 600 supplement. Lunch is a big ol' turkey sandwich, Yoplait Custard Style Key Lime Pie yogurt, DoubleStuf Oreos, and lemonade. Mmm. :)

Another rider at work pointed out that the steering of a bike should never shimmy, for any reason, so I probably could've prevented the accident by having the bike checked out months ago. Lesson learned.. :P

Also, GodHatesFigs.com. Mmm, parodelicious. :D

And finally, an awesome advertisement to get your ass out to Cue. :)

I can eat an 8oz yogurt, any flavor, along with a sandwich, juice, and some Cheez-Its, or whatever else my lunch includes. :)

I'm not sure you'll actually like the music selection and volume at Cue, if/when you get to check it out.. it's a lot of the darker/harder stuff from my Dance&Techno&Industrial folder, for examples.

It's not that it's too much food but that it's too much yogurt. I just can't eat a regular-sized yogurt in one sitting. It doesn't make me feel sick or anything, but halfway through the container I'll have absolutely no interest in eating the rest. My parents hate me leaving half-full containers in the fridge (mostly because they wind up going bad before I have the desire to finish them ;P), so I pretty much never eat yogurt unless we have smaller containers.

Well, I do have earplugs, so if chances are it'll bother me, I'd just have to remember to bring them along. ;P I'd intended to use them during the 3eb concert I went to, but I forgot them in the car, and after the concert was over, I wasn't at all bothered by my ringing ears as the concert experience was well worth the after-effects. :D

Mmm, 8oz yogurt. ;)

I find that at loud shows, I'll start wearing earplugs, then remove them because I don't want to lose as much high-end sound as they block. :D

Considering the 3eb concert is the only one I've been to that qualifies as at all "loud," I can't say what I'll usually do. ;P Though I don't even intend to bring my earplugs with me ifwhen I go to another 3eb concert. :D

The Moby show I went to at Cornell was loud enough that I sought out earplugs from an usher, but later removed them despite being about 8 rows back from the speakers. :P

Heh, and I was right next to the stage at the 3eb concert. ;D Wee for actually being within arm's reach for the "Within Arm's Reach" tour! XD
