I'd love it more if it were autonomous, but hey, I'm sure "we beat all US universities in humanoid walking" Honda is already working on it. Likely they'll come out with it as a marketable product after 10 years of attending conferences, diligently reading CMU papers, and never publishing a thing.

And honestly, what value does humanoid walking have? Sure, it's a great academic exercise, requiring significant innovation, but honestly, humanoid walking is terribly inefficient and ineffective for most environments.
