skreidleThis past Friday through today was the Ithaca Apple Harvest festival, which covers the Commons in artisans/crafters, performers, and vendors of all kinds, including (of course) apples, apple cider, apple crisp, caramel apples, etc., etc. for three days. :) Katia and I went down around noon, and spent the afternoon there.. ran into a few people we knew, bought some tasty items, entered a raffle for a huge quilt that'll be my mom's xmas present if I win it.. and at the end, there was a presentation of a long, very-signed banner to some FDNY members who were present, and a group sing of God Bless America. All in all, had a good day. =) (Weather's turned fall-like, too, chilly and breezy, all of a sudden.)
