Had such a good time at work today that I forgot to stop working at 3pm and go to the Grad Info Open House.. and then totally forgot about the Ithaca By Night event (dinner w/grads, heading downtown to club/bar/whatever) at 6 due to interests in food and such.. :)
Then spent two hours at Amelia's feeding and playing with her kitten, and watching Animal Planet for two hours (one segment on raising tigers, one on thieving monkeys). Soon, going to sleep; tomorrow, another day of work on West and on the phones. Fun-ish!
As an addendum, LJ is having some serious issues at the moment. On my friends page I have a triple post, double post, quadruple post, and decuple post in succession from three different people. And I couldn't post this the first time, it seemed, but I'm refraining from hitting Post again--my friends page is evidence that these things do post but don't show up until later.
