If you're daring and want to be one of the first ones to test out the new LiveJournal Store, go for it.

Tshirts! Long/short-sleeve, polo, and babydoll, in assorted colors.

The cooler part? A whole bunch of active Support volunteers got free shirts! Partly appreciation, partly a bribe to beta-test, I'm sure. ;)

<ike> all reasonably active I21 and above, those who aren't in the first category, but qualify for top 502 volunteers of all time, and then anyone who wasn't in either of the first two, but is in top 50 touches3 in the last six months.

1: A level of interim privs that allows making and viewing Internal Comments, viewing other people's Screened Answers, and moving Requests to other categories
2: By points
3: screened answers + ICs + answers + comments

Hear hear!

I do not have a "BLAHG", I have a journal. A live journal, granted, but do not call it a blog. If you want to call it a diary or even a weblog, go ahead. Calling it a "log" is barely passable, but do not parse the b from web into the log from log. Simply because you do not have a sense of aesthetics does not mean that you need inflict your hideous word concoctions upon the rest of us.

..but really, I have no recourse. :)

A week-ish ago, I threw a bunch of mixed-light-and-dark clothes in the washer--something I don't normally do, usually at least separating lights/darks, possibly throwing in a dye-catching-sheet. This time, though, I was hurrying, and forgot a) the new dark blue boxers in the mix, and b) a dye-catching sheet. So, come end of cycle, there was a lot of blue on my light clothes. Alas! Removed the offending attire, dried.

And now, some choice Bush quotes, courtesy [livejournal.com profile] sebatical:

"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. It is our number one priority and we will not rest until we find him."
-- G.W. Bush, 9/13/01

"I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."
-- G.W. Bush, 3/13/02
