Movie the First: Angel Heart
One of Katia's favorites, starring Mickey Rourke, Robert De Niro, and Lisa Bonet in the role that got her fired from the Cosby Show.. a well-crafted mystery/thriller, and a well-done movie to boot.

Movie the Second: Requiem for a Dream
This movie was as fascinating as it was disturbing and depressing. The audio and visual effects were incredible, and the story was eminently believable--if harsh. The website, which I viewed first when the movie came out, is quite disturbing itself, and gives you an idea what you're in for...

Some Russian stand-by of Katia's design.. like hamburgers, but with rice/eggs/BBQ sauce/bread crumbs in the mix and rolled in bread crumbs.. and dessert, which was baked cinnamon/sugar apple slices, over cookies&cream ice cream. :)

Nope, no problems here.
