I must say, I'm impressed by the lengths that the local Exxon/Circle K went to, in order to improve the restroom experience. It's still clearly an industrial public bathroom, but the carpet, tree, hanging plant, wicker basket over the changing table, and October-style garland around the mirror and on the door were nice touches. Also, the automatic toilet-seat-protector was just icing on the cake.
Weather's still crappy--lots of grey and rain, while my motorcycle sits forlornly under its waterproof cover.
Watched two more episodes of CSI with Christine last night, 109 and 110 (since DVD 2 wouldn't read). Also, Christine was thrilled with her influx of Beatles music--ezme9, you know what I'm talking about. :D
Today at 3, I have another interview with ADIC! I got a voicemail from Rob--first guy I spoke with at the July 20th career fair--while I was in Greenbelt yesterday, left him voicemail after I got back, and got a call later wherein we arranged an interview this afternoon with Arnie (whom I've met) and Dale (whom I haven't.)
Also, apparently one of the Oscar Meyer Wienermobiles is at a 7-Eleven in Manassas today--it called Elliot's show this morning--but I don't know where. It's touring the DC suburbs, it seems. :)
Nifty! I just learned (via kelwyn) that the obnoxious $12 fee for parking at the new Air&Space center (near Centreville, VA) is only collected until 4, and the museum is open until 5:30.
Truly, that is still one of the VERY BEST EVER Christmas presents. It comes after my car, my dog and my own stereo system, but before the whole first season of Law & Order (and you know I love L&O!). :)
