Today was far too long of a workday, since "Sunday" has meant "no work" for my entire time in Australia, not to mention every Sunday since August (when I left Petsmart.) Noon to 7 or so, and then I took a little photo journey for a friend, which I'll explain later. I'm quite pleased with myself, I'll have you know. :) Tomorrow will be even longer, as we're coming in early--7 instead of 8--to show a good faith effort on getting some work done on one of the systems, apparently, and could well stay past 6pm even so. I really hope not.
Things I have to do.. try to sell my bike or get someone to take care of that for me; mail stuff to myself back home; give leftover foodstuffs to Latebra, pack my stuff, have the Coat of Arms at the Red Gecko (kangaroo and emu steaks! must try!), maybe get in a tiny bit more sightseeing (depending how much work we get done tomorrow, I might get a short/off day Tuesday, which would rock.)
But now I've been invited to Latebra for a dinner of roast chicken, so I'll make my last hamburgers and eggs some other time, as well as catch up on LJ and links--I saw some keepers while skimming back to the end of skip=30. :D (I'm also only about 10% into a 1.5hrs-at-this-rate download, which would make everything else online very, very slow.)

Go out and enjoy your last days down under, LJ and its links will be here when you get back

Date: 2004-02-22 09:15 am (UTC)ah, if only I had time to "go out and enjoy", instead of working Sunday, working a long day Monday, and probably working Tuesday as well.. :P
Re:
Date: 2004-02-22 09:24 am (UTC)I meant when you're not working, silly. Skipback30, and the links, etc will be there waiting for you when you get back from catching up with people and the coat of arms meal...
And since we all know what my weekday commenting is like, I'll say now have a safe flight back, enjoy your time in SanFran and welcome back to the US
