Went to Misty's hung out with all the folks there, many of whom have LJs I'm not linking. Saw the second half of Mallrats (which I'd seen before), and most of Tank Girl (which I hadn't, but dozed off during because I was lying on the floor watching.) Interesting comic book segues in the latter one.
Came home around 1:30, back on AIM with Melody; when AOL dropped me shortly after 3am, I tried to call from the 2nd line--Shauna was on the main line. However, the jack is miswired, so a tone-dialed phone can't call out. The computer can, my tone dialer could if I could find it, and a pulse-dialed phone could--but that doesn't work through USA Datanet, which I use to make longdist calls. So I asked what Shauna was up to, and she was signing off a few minutes later, so I called through that. When it disconnected--there really must be something up with her cell provider, as it wasn't weather this time--I looked up the number to the Multiplex, as it has a ridiculously long voice menu system, so she could call in on call-waiting--worked like a charm! And then we talked from about 3:30 to 5:something. =)
Now I'll get a couple hours of sleep before getting up at 7:30 to leave at 8:30, arriving in Reisterstown around 10, in order to get onto the base, park, to the shuttle, and to the ceremony by 11. Then wedding, reception, something until party, party at 1830, and back later, to stay up too late again before work Sunday at 6!
