Work and spider-housing

Worked 7-3; gave Laura a wake-up call at 8:15 ET (5:15 PT) as per request, which allowed her the bonus of seeing the not-yet-set, orange moon. :)

After work, I decided I'd accumulated enough spare money in savings to buy my tarantula a new habitat--she's been in the same 2-gallon plastic house with some small-chip bark, a log hideout, a plastic water bowl, and a fake plant since I got her. $45-after-discount later, she has a much nicer habitat--or will, when I put it all together and transfer her over. :)

Also, I plan to file/webpage/post/etc my newly-scanned photos--or at least continue that process--and see if I can convince my cheap digital camera to play webcam.

But first, change out of work clothes and find food. :)
