Yeah, never made it to Slope Day..

iamjanjan while checking out, chatted with her for a while, went over to get some coffee, chatted more, got some pizza, chatted more, and left Wegs after 3:30.. came back, and never actually went to the slope. Oops. (Not that I missed much--same as every year, still haven't been to SlopeFest, weather was cool and grey..)

May. 3rd, 2002 10:00 pmTried, again, to watch Fight Club (Jen's never seen) from Neal's DivX copy.. but it breaks about 45min in, regardless of reading it from CD or HD, or using MediaPlayer or mplayer2.
So, we checked Neal's computer's DivX collection again, and watched Ocean's Eleven (2001) instead. Jen loves this movie (third time for her, this was) because she works in a casino, and can verify the accuracy of 90% of the procedures and tactics appearing in the movie (and because he gets the girl, and because this movie's actor lineup is straight out of the WB).. and I love "perfect crime" movies.
Speaking of which, Jen's never seen Usual Suspects, either, which I'll have to rectify at some point. :)
Meanwhile, outside.. partying! I think I'll refrain. It's chilly outside.
