Earthquake!

So anyone feel this 5.1 earthquake at 0650 today, epicenter at Plattsburgh, NY? I slept right through it, though I hear it was quite detectable even in Ithaca, if you happened to be awake. :)
(Actually, news report said detectable from Buffalo to Boston to Baltimore..)

What?

I got a piece of mail from Sunoco saying my latest check had been "returned unpaid by my bank". Now, this was an online payment, direct from my bank account to Sunoco's coffers, which has successfully been processed several times before, and there's far more than enough in the account to back the check..
Suppose I'll have to call my bank to see what's up..

I think this still qualifies as broken.

Guess I'm stuck on this old one until I buy a replacement..

That sad part..

..is that looking at my room right now, if you didn't know what it looked like a couple days ago, you wouldn't think I'd put a day's worth of work into cleaning, throwing out old stuff, and reorganizing. If you did, on the other hand, you'd be impressed. :)

Having given Jen her pre-work wakeup call, I think I'll throw on some nicer clothes and catch part of the APO semiformal and following party. :)

Made it back to Biotech for about the last half of the APO semiformal.. I helped move some decorations in for it, so I knew there were mass quantities of candy and junk food--apparently the theme was "Candyland". :) Saw KO, Katherine Chin, and Evera (now an honorary Gamma!), among other unexpected people, and had a good time.

Now, off to Matt Kaprove's place over on Linden, for the afterparty. :)

As for the subject of the post, I have a huge bag of Twizzlers in my right pocket, Runts in my right, and Nerds in my jacket pocket. ;)
