And a good evening was had..

Went with Katia to Stella's to meet Harriet, a girl who was originally going to sublet Katia's apartment but got beat to the punch... 6'1", blue-eyed blonde from Switzerland, studying architecture here for a semester or a year (or more, I could be wrong, but she's going back after this semester).. very cool girl. Ran into Katia's friends Sasha and Christophe along with one of their friends at the door.. we all sat at the same table and had (largely) two separate conversations, had lots of nachos and several rounds of really tasty drinks--Stella's is really good at tasty mixed drinks, and has a decent selection of beer, too-- and avoided the downpour that started after we got there. (A pricy evening it was, too, since Stella's doesn't sell cheap.) Unfortunately, we sort of forgot about Rosa--we were planning to meet her at the theater in Uris to see Point Break--but we figure she'll forgive us, since she just adores Keanu.
And then we caught a Blue Light bus back home, and sleep's in the immediate future.

Oh, and most of today was spent napping or reading, since the grey, highly windy weather didn't allow for vehicle work. :P
