When the spam keeps coming..

Subject: Spamcop reports

To whom it may concern:

In the past few months, I have received a large number of spam emails from domains that, according to spamcop.net's analyses, belong to kornet.net or splitrock.net. However, despite the myriad spam reports that have been sent to you on my behalf by spamcop.net, I continue to see the same spam from the same companies at the same email addresses. The implication here is that you have done nothing to handle these reports and stop these spammers from continuing their annoying and possibly illegal tactics. Is this the case, or do I misinterpret?
