(no subject)

Learned today that due to possible incoming bad weather south of here, Anne will most likely be going back to school Sunday morning instead of Monday.. meaning we won't be able to get together. Bah. (And I'd found Hamlet or The Little Prince to go see as Sunday matinee, too.. :P)

Went over and hung out at Nathan Z Clark's new townhouse over in Lorton.. met his dog Waif (found as an orphaned puppy when the family was in AZ, I think, and brought back here), got the nickel tour, tried out the massaging leather recliner, watched the intro movies for Resident Evil: Code Veronica X and [some other game I've forgotten], watched him play Grand Theft Auto 3 (all of the above on PS2) -- the last much better than GTA2. Then we played Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3, which was pretty fun. In the meantime, ordered Pizza Hut, and afterwards, watched Shawshank Redemption. Just as good the 4th time around :)

Hmm.. about 1h20 to read the day's LJ entries (about 40), post some comments, and reply to all the comments in my inbox. This is why LJ eats so much of my time. :)

Not bad, not bad.. would've liked a B instead of a B- in Dynamics, but such is life. It was tough! :)

Despite the hammering of snow that Buffalo got, I hear this from Scott Kelly, who's back in Ithaca already:
