Played frisbee with Neal for an hour or so with my Aerobie SuperDisc (like a frisbee but more stable, which however means that it doesn't trick as well as a regulation one. However, my reg. one got eaten over the weekend.)
Met Sushant at the Robo lab to Get Picked Up by Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Rented a little Chevy/Geo Metro for tomorrow. Freakin' 4+hr drive to Glasgow Products, Inc., out on Long Island, to meet a guy between 9-11am, to see a product they have that might be useful to our RoboHockey project. A tabletop-size porous medium. This means I have to leave at ~5am. This constitutes part of the "less good" part of my day.
Tried desperately to find documentation that should've been written and kept last semester, which I have to add to and submit by tomorrow midnight. This is most of the "less good" part of my day.
Got back to the house at 5:55, with the Senior Dinner for my frat scheduled to start at 6. Dressed nicely quickly, had nice dinner. Neal was the one who toasted/roasted me, 'twas amusing. Got picture taken for 2001 composite.
Jungle Book (N*Sync & Phil Collins) - Trashing the Camp
Then, a "guest group", [hairball sound], from Cornell College. a.k.a. the 4 guys in RL Six:
Simon & Garfunkel - Scarborough Fair and Canticle
Hair of the Dog - Chicago
Then, the two girls:
Parody of S&G's Sound of Silence (by some Connecticut College group) - Walk of Shame
Then, the whole group again!
CSNY 14 - Find the Cost of Freedom
Arrogant Worms - Carrot Juice is Murder
Lifehouse - Hanging by a Moment
Nena - 99 Red Balloons
3 Doors Down - Kryptonite
Tori Amos - Silent All These Years (Val does the solo for this one, and does it amazingly.. it's the song that attracted two of the current members to the group. :) And she's a senior, so it's her last concert..)
Rockapella - 60 Minute Man (This was Phill's chance to strut his stuff vocally, as the senior solo :)
Tonic - If You Could Only See
And, the encore..
B-52's - Love Shack (wherein Phill goes nuts with the percussion, as usual :)
And, that was that! =)
