Deal of the year..

Ha! I went down to Staples to get a hands-free headset for my phone, and found one from VTech (same company that made my phone) with no price. Figuring it was about the same price as the others nearby ($15-$20), I took it to a register, where it rang up as [Free $0.01], so the cashier went off to investigate. She came back, shrugged, and rang it up for one cent. =)

(And it works, too! Just called home with it :)

And it was such a good deal that I went back downtown and got a second headset, for Sue :)

(Since, basically, we've been spending an hour or two or longer each night on the phone with each other, for the past couple nights.. gotta figure out some cheaper way, though, since 1-3 hours at $0.10/min gets 'spensive)

(And this cashier didn't even blink at the $0.01 ring-up price :)
