Ah, it's raining again. Has it always been this rainy in NoVA around this time of year? (This is only my second summer in NoVA in the last six years--previous four were primarily in Ithaca.) In case I hadn't made it clear, my favorite weather is 70-75, dry, breezy, and sunny. Next favorite is "not raining," so I can ride my motorcycle. :)

Yesterday, emailed RDR HR to try to get ahold of a co-worker's contact info so I can return the DVD he loaned me when we were working for RDR, as it's the Right Thing To Do. :) Also, registered with SecurityClearanceExpo.com and pre-registered for another career fair (#5!) at Nathan's suggestion.

Today, called Dr. Gehman at NAVSEA to see if he had any updates, since I haven't heard from him since his über-enthusiastic calls of almost a month ago regarding possible employment for me, and left a message.

Tomorrow, mom tells me an aunt and cousins may stop by for lunch on their way to Baltimore, so if that comes to pass, I'll join them. Tomorrow night, Alchemy, hopefully featuring

cheshirrrecat. Friday is Nathan's birthday, and looks to include pool/drinks/etc @ Hard Times with friends. Over the weekend, I hope to go riding with

budhaboy, now that his motorcycle's front fork has been fixed up.
