everyone goes at least 5 mph *under* the speed limit down here.
bullshit. i know i personally drive at LEAST 10-15 over everywhere i go.
then again, i'm on 64/264 around 0430, so it's a little different. but even in the middle of the day/evening, i still drive fast.
