I like the bits I've heard, which are few and far between, and I've never heard of Radio 7. In general, I listen to the radio for music, and the occasional talk shows that occur on those stations--various daily morning shows, and Loveline, if I happen to be listening when they're on. The only radios I have are in my truck and my bedroom, while I'm generally in the office or downstairs.
