Photos, Cube, Subway, Australia Day preview, Bad link, Funny link
Spent the evening uploading photos into albums at my gallery, which is available if you remember where I linked to it--it's not quite ready for perusal yet, still need to tweak a thing or two (and upload a bunch more photos), so I'm not linking to it right now. :)
Shortly after 11, Jillian and Oscar biked over, and we walked to Cube, meeting Kit, Dom, Mitchell, and some sort of friend of Mitchell's there. Nice place--small, but a good layout; better DJ than most of the other clubs I've been to in the area, lots of people, very lively. Still had no luck in talking to anyone who wasn't a friend or friend-of-friend, but I have no luck with that in regular clubs either.
Left sometime around 3, walked back toward my hotel with Jillian, stopping along the way at Subway--surprisingly open until midnight most nights, 2am Friday night, 4am Saturday night--and having an entire foot-long sub. Guess I was hungry. :)
Shortly, I'll go to bed, then sleep in, and Sunday evening I'll go to a big free concert and Australia-Day-related festivities on the Parliament House lawn. :)
